Up here is Mass the milk replaces the king in most suitable habitats. Where kings dont occur I find a field bordering woods with a water source nearby. Up here its easy to find simply by looking for blueberry bushes. From here you just put down a couple boards(with landowners permission)and come back in a month or 2(the longer the better). I recently went through PA and have hunted milks along the appalachians by finding a southern facing tallus(rock) slope/slide and basically dig em out. Problem with this type of hunting is that they occur side by side with rattlesnakes and copperheads...that we dont have to deal with here in Mass.. Just remember blueberries and milk!! J
