:this is one way i have dealt with bad sheds in the past. I take a SECURE separate container, such as the kritter keepers, and put 3-4 foded paper towels in the bottom. Then I put a small amount of room temperature water in there, just enough to get the paper towels sopping, dripping wet. Put the snake in next, then a few more dripping wet paper towels on top of the snake. Put the lid on and put it either back into your snake cage, if you cannot watch it, or you can leave it out to watch. Leave the snake in there for about 30 minutes. Usually the snake will work the stuck skin off by himself, make sure you check him for tail tip and eye caps retaining. If the stuck shed skin won't come off, put it into the snake cage overnight.

How can you tell if the eyecaps are off? As it is, the eyes look fine but I know they are cover 'cause I have peeled everything off the snake and know hey are still on.
