Maybe the message was sent to an email that she doesn't use often, so she hasn't seen that you sent it to her.
The email that all my kingsnake messages goes to is one that I rarely visit, sometimes months on end, so maybe this is the same problem. I've been quite late replying to some messages in the past for this reason.
Just something to consider before deciding that answering to someone's questions isn't worth your time.
