Most of the rare ones are the Mexican species...
blanchardi - Yucatan Milk Snake
dixoni - Dixon's Milk Snake
smithi - Smith's Milk Snake
oligozona - Pacific Coast Milk Snake

and I would have to agree that micropholis (Ecuadorian Milks) are pretty rare as well.

Other than oligozona, I think you would be hard pressed to find specimens of any of these snakes in captivity.
