In the near future I am aquireing a new male tangerine honduran adult from a breeder. I hope to breed him with my female in late spring or early summer. My question is since I am going to cool him right after getting him is that cooling time 1 1/2 to 2 months (shoterned brumation period) enough time to quarentine him also? I would like to have a pretty good idea that he is healthy and not a threat to my other snakes before I try to breed him. (I have a nice 2yr old tricolor honduran and a 31/2yr old female tangerine, and a 2yr old brooksi king). This new tangerine is supposed to be - captive breed, breed twice before, clean robust and a good eater ( sm to med rats). Your Thoughts would be appreciated Thanks Chris.
