artificial seasons for inducing reproduction in Natrix

I'm a Ph.D student in the Tel Aviv University, and I'm
working currently with Natrix tessellata. I would like
to make an attempt to induce reproduction using artificial
seasons. Does anyone have a clue as for the optimal
winter/summer temp and photoperiod for this species,
how long should the dormancy period last, what should
be the terarums size and what should be the male/female
ratio in order to get the best reproductive results.
Any sort of information could be valuable,
Thanks,
Eran
