You need to get hold of a copy of 'Fauna of Saudi Arabia Vol 9 (1988) which contains the major paper by Gasperetti 'Snakes of Arabia' pages 169 to 450. Fauna of Saudi Arabia is published by the NCWCD, Riyadh. This contains keys, drawings, photos, anatomical and natural history notes and details of snakebite and treatment.
