I have not usaed it but i have heard it is supposed to be enough vitamins & minerals. you still want to give your food items a good gutload.

:I give Lizzy T-Rex Leopard Gecko Dust with every feeding.(Shake and bake the crickets)Do I need any additional vitamin supplements, or is this a complete supplement when used with every meal?
