This is true in my experience too. I bet they'll be brighter even tomorrow. Hope so. They still look cute though, love those little faces. I think they were more scared of me than the camera though. I still have them in the incubator, one ran out of her deli cup when I opened it to take a pic- anxious to explore the world already!
It seems like color develops a lot just in the few days after hatching. You can see it a lot in the tang albinos I posted that hatched this weekend- notice how much more the orange has come in on the one born just a day earlier.
:They are so cute when they first hatch, yet SOOOOO quick. hahaha. Theyre probably frightened at the sight of camera's.
