super worms do not pupate when in a group because they produce a chemical when in close contact with other worms that stops them from doing so. Kinda strange. Film canisters and small plastic other containers work well. They will chew through styrofoam so don't use styrofoam cups.
:when breeding superworms, why do they need to be placed in separate containers when trying to induce them to advance to beetle stage? why couldn't you just put them all in one container and let them go like you can with mealworms?
