The recommended dosage for Panacur is 25-50 mg/kg according to "Understanding Reptile Parasites" by Dr. Roger J. Klingenberg...
It really isn't safe to give her a cc/gram amount because she may come across different concentrations of Panacur. (although Panacur is EXTREMELY safe)
Most pastes or suspensions you come across will be 10%, but that is not to say there aren't other concentrations out there.
If you go by 50 mg/kg, a 50 gram animal would only need .025 cc of the 10% (100mg/cc) Panacur per treatment.
My local herp vet dosages at 100mg/kg, or .05 cc for a 50 gram animal, once again using the 10% suspension.
Hope this helped.
