try laying a damp paper towel over them. This helps. Soft is not good. They should not be like a half filled water balloon. If so they may be infertile.

:im having a problem on humidity with my leo eggs. Is a day or too with the humidity being off bad? I need help i misted it down still the bottom had water in it but the eggs havent firmed up yet they are soft but they are fertile i saw the pink in the sides of both eggs but the outside is soft and not firm. what do i do?
