If you are wanting to try the frozen ones then defrosting is fairly simple. get a cup of decently hot water (not boiling or steaming or anything though) and put the pinkey in there for about 5-10 minutes. make sure with your fingers that the pinkie is soft and pliable when you take it out of the water to feed it to your guys though. you don't want to have the center still frozen. hope this helps.
