Leopard gecko eggs are pretty hardy, as long as they didn't collapse they should be fine if you re-hydrate them.
I'm not sure that I fully understand what your problem is though... Did the eggs collapse? or are they just not firming up?

:im having a problem on humidity with my leo eggs. Is a day or too with the humidity being off bad? I need help i misted it down still the bottom had water in it but the eggs havent firmed up yet they are soft but they are fertile i saw the pink in the sides of both eggs but the outside is soft and not firm. what do i do?
