your gonna play hell trying to put weight on them till they are done laying not to be rude just most of the time the way it is. They won't eat right and it takes them out hard to lay. This is why you want them fat as possible before they start. Don't worry when they are done they will fatten up. Gutloaded superworms are good though. I feed supers as a primary diet and they fatten up quick on them. Two good sized supers have more protein than 10 mealies.

:i have 3 gravid females, 2 o them are getting too thin in my opinion (and i bet in many other opinions as well)
:so i guess my q is what to feed them to help keep them at their weight or to help make them fatter, also one of them isnt eating so should i start dripping some ensure on her nose to make sure shes getting some nutrients?
