personally,
through my experiences I believe leopard gecko's personallities are innate characteristics which cannot be changed as soon as they reach the 30-40 gram size. If your geckos weigh less then 30 grams I dont suggest that you handle them often, they get nervous and will poop when extremely nervous. When they are young they dont like being held but they become more calm when they are older.
