Thanks for the explanation :) That helped a bit... I'm still a bit confused about co-dominant though. The way that genetics wizard explains it: "an allele that causes the homozygous form to look different than wild type and the heterozygous form to have traits of both. (All three look different from each other.) ", wouldn't that kinda be the same thing as line bred (in a way?).

I'm just totally confused now -- LOL :)

I said this "When animals possessing these traits are bred to a normal, you generally get babies that are somewhere in between..." to someone, and they said "What you said is the exact definition of co-dominant genes. You selective breed to get the best of these co-dominant genes.".
