How do I know if eggs are fertile

I wonder how long it takes before you know if the eggs are fertile. 2 of my 3 eggs has begon to get a little orange (Is that good)
How do you know if it`s to moist?
One of the eggs she digged down sideways if you understand? (It`s not quite horisontal).
