:did you ever check to see if they were fertile? fertile eggs are resistant to mold. when they are in the incubator, you dont even have to touch them. just hold a small flashlight to the side. fertile eggs are pinkish in the middle, infertiles are yellow. when they're first laid, theyre usually yellow with a small pink spot at the top. thats the embryo developing. they then turn all pink, and a very dark red as they get older. after 2-3 weeks, if they still look yellow, i toss 'em.
