nutrition: cricket vs. meal worm

anybody know nutrition comparison between these two types of feed? assume that same gut load is being fed to each insect/larva. has their been any documented comparison between using the two different types of food for leopard geckos? i know that a lot of people will have their own opinion, but as far as researched fact published in reputable literature, anybody know?
