I just have chicken feed on the bottom of the rubbermaid for food and orange slices for moisture source.

You'll want to get a rubbermaid container and sand the sides down, the crickets will be able to climb up the sides of the container were it has been sanded, but not high enough to jump out.

Great ventilation, minimal smell, easy cleaning. I use a paint scrapper to remove any dead crickets I see.
