:i live in bucks county
:(warrington), and was recently "informed" by a laywer that
breeding snakes in order to sell them is illegal. if anyone in
this forum has any knowledge about this, or knows where i can
read up on this these let me know..

The only snakes that are illegal to buy or sell are protected
species and native ones. I don't know of any laws prohibiting
breeding of any non-native snakes. Your locality MAY have certain
laws about exotics and breeding though. Here's a site with a list
of the native Herps of Pa. http://www.nsm.iup.edu/pha/

Hope this helps,
Ace
