Note that this is being pushed as an "EMERGENCY" (why?!), and
that the implementation/content is very similar to the original
WA HB1151.
If WA HB1151 is passed, API will just point to "the sensible
legislators in WA" as yet another reason why the OR ban should
be accepted as a "common sense" measure.
(Worse, they'll probably also push for the "catch all" clause
which was added to WA HB1151, viz. that *ANY* animal which
endangers human health can be added to the banned list without
the apparent need for further legislation).

*** We need to kill WA HB1151, first, IMHO ***

with ongoing discussion and initial co-ordination on the
