NAROA Legislation Alert : Echo Terror Bill ?????

I just read Texas HB 433 . I must say it is frightening . Say if the NAROA where to go to Texas and ask for Rattle Snake Round up reforms and wanted to get a bill passed to that effect we would be labled a terror group . At least this is the way I read it . What country am I in for heavens sake !!! The USA or the old USSR ? This bill must be amended or repeald . It goes into effect Sep 2003 . Link below . It should be noted that similar bills are in NY and PA .
