The CDC information on Reptile diseaeses is flawed. Their salmonella cases are based on a PROJECTION of unreported cases. They took the actual cases and added a percentage of what they believed were unreported cases. The true figure is closer to 40,000 not the 93,000 that they think MAY have happened. The CDC caught a lot of heat from Veternarians and MDs for those figures.
