If you go to venomous reptiles.org, there is a very interesting article titles, "Should Anyone Be Allowed to Keep Horses?". It does list several interesting facts about dog bites and horse related injuries and deaths. You could print this off and I think it would be very interesting reading for the said represenative. Good Luck. We are fighting similar to worse laws in Tennessee.
