also, PDFs if theyre included. I don't belive they are because many well known herp specialty stores sell them. The law states that no poisonous herp can be kept or sold. PDFs arn't captivly poisonous and if they where I believe that firebelly toads and newts are poisonous. These guys are found every where. ANOTHER THING IS, I think it should be leagal to sell herps in TN with out a permit as long as you state the animals you sell. This would make it leagal to hold herp shows in TN.
