No there hasn't been any case where a reptile escaped and harmed anyone. Not that I or anyone else has been able to find anyway. Believe me, I will be mentioning this Tuesday seeing how the people for the retriction are basing their reason for the ban mainly on the concern a reptile will get out and hurt someone. Everything I have found with serious reptile related injuries has always taken place in the persons home where the reptile was kept.
thanks,
Ben
:Thanks for letting us know. I live in California as well, it's just a matter of time before they do this everywhere. I'll be sure to email them. What I want to know is, has there EVER been an instance of a pet reptile escaping and harming someone? I've sure never heard of that happening.
:I really don't see how restricting the number of snakes will help anything in their proposal either. Makes you wonder what the IQ is of those who come up with these proposals.
:Does anyone know what the current laws/regulations are for Citrus Heights/Sacramento?
