Dogs are a huge liability.I agree with the home owners ins.

Even the best trained dogs like to bite people they don't like.We had a german shepard when I was a teen.The dog was trained by a pro.One day me and my friend were watching tv and the dog was there.It was looking at my friend with its head tilted.Then out of nowhere it bit him in the face.I myself have been bitten in the leg while riding my bike at least 5-6 times.I think they should be kept in cages.
