Sounds like you are being scammed. If it were me , I would ask for proof of the DOA's before I refunded and money. Did you guarantee live arrival? I do not think that I would not lose any sleep over it because 185 would be a drip in the bucket, the cost he would have to dish out for a lawyer(if he found one that would take the case) would be more than 185 dollars. Don't sweat it!
