well mate...you asked for everything you got!

You knew the risks, the consequences and rest....why continue and put yourself out there for some Corns.

Yes I agree that they are nice colubrids....but so are green Trees, Keelbacks and Slaty Greys! And they don't have either price or legal status of Corns....or just about any other exotic herp in the country.

Stop thinking there will be another amnesty....it is not going to happen....it has been finished for 4 odd years and it ain't coming back. I would love some Cobras, Rattlers etcbut I can't have them..why because the laws/regs at this stage say no...I have a nice collection of Aussie stuff..(Elapids, Pythons and Croc) that is too important to me to risk against some COMMON exotics that I could see any day I wanted to at the Local Zoo!

You repeatedly said how much you wanted corns on the Australian herps list.....this forum, those lists etc are all (at least I hopeare monitored by the local Dept (NRE, NPWS etc)of course they check up.
