: I am going to California for winter break. If by any chance I find anything interesting such as a california king or any type of salamander or lizard, can I take them back on the plane with me. Or can I ship them FedEx. Is there any place where I can find any info on the laws. I dont want to keep anything for any trade or sale but just to have for myself.
I am in california- beware- as far as i understand salamanders are off limits....... remember if you get caught herping it is a federal crime. fedex back if the animal is legal and is allowed via interstate commerce..... pick at your own risk------ people have been caught.
