the states that allows " hots " may not be enough . We are speaking of city, township laws. While, like me, you may be "legal" in that state, you may not be in the towns. Of course like i have said before, this is the main reason i don't live in city limits. Missouri requires you to " check in" at your county wildlife agents office but i NEVER heard from anybody for 5 years after i did. Kansas has no law on the keeping of hots as well although the keeping of native hots is something else.
