So their theory behind this is what? That the animals cannot and will not attack or pose a danger is kept as you post below? Heh, first time the undertrained, underpaid worker at a shelter (and by no means am I saying that they all are but you have one in every crowd) gets mauled by Tigger and Pooh is not around to stop it then, these too, shall be banned. ::This doesn't ban them all together. It allows them in sanctuaries and incorporated humane shelters. If you have the land, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to be a 501C3 agency.

:Agree that this is a bill to watch. It could very well have amendments which add animals.
