Bill Number: A. 1374 / S. 402
HSUS Position: Support

Prohibits personal injury and property damage insurers from canceling policies, refusing to issue or renew policies, or charging increased premiums based upon the harboring of a specific breed of dog on the premises of owned or leased homes; provides that such provisions shall not apply if the dog harbored has been designated as a dangerous dog
