I was referred to this thread from Fauna classifieds. If you check their site out at the BOI you'll find some more info on what happened. As for the beardeds and the aqautic liscence....what kind of moron would give a citation for not having the said liscence to someone for selling a desert species?!?!? From what I've read at Fuana, most of the officers involved in the raid didn't have a clue as to what they were doing and enforcing!! Let's learn the laws first, then we can start enforcing them!!

::What was the problem with the bearded dragons? Never that they were illegal anywhere.

:From what I heard you need to have an aquatic dealers license (or something like that) to sell beardeds in Illinois and several of the people at the swap did not have them.
