Wired Knob tongue. Is he sick?

:What is the overall health of your snake? Age, last time it ate, etc. It sounds like it is weak and weakness could be due to any number of things...it could also be mouth rot...resp. infection, etc.

:He ate 5 days ago. I took his weight this morning and it is still the same. So at least he is not loosing weight. Overall he appears lively, except his tongue flicking difficulty. He is not gaping nor are there any visible discharge from his mouth. I am really so confused about this matter :(
