what helps alot is makeing a humity hide for your snake, just use some terrarium moss, and spray it every day and its nice and humid. i put my king in his and after that he will go there alot, lol last night he was in it for like 4 hours, i took him out and he went back to it lol, he is about to shed should be a day or so till he starts.
