I found giving luke warm baths after the blue stage helps. Also, if you start to see that he/she is having broken sheds you might want to adjust the humidity in the cage. I had a problem with broken sheds with my 10 month old thayeri king I moved to a bigger water bowl increasing the humidity thus my snake is getting complete sheds:-) Hope this helps. Good luck
