Parents and herps

Okay, who has parents that actually LIKE herps? And helps you with buying stuff, taking them to the vet, etc.? My mom is afraid of all my herps, especially my skink. She touched my bearded dragon about 3 times, but with her two inch long fingernail lol. My dad doesn't really care, but he doesn't exactly like them. My dad was the one who okayed snakes, but my mom's the one who said no. I buy crickets, mealworms, calcium/vitamin powder, greens, baby food, veggies, etc. with my lunch money. Anyone have nice parents :D?
