Indigo growth rate

I come to the experts once again in search of the truth!

I have two Indigos, both are sub adults, one is a Red Chin and the other is Black, both are kept in a similar manner. The Red Chin is growing leaps and bounds and the Black Indigo remains much smaller?

Both Indigos come from a very reputatable breeder, is it a male, female difference.
