:As I mentioned previously, one of my females laid nine eggs but one became egg bound (which was later laid due to several hours of hand massage). I believe Terry V. mentioned that in his experience, these egg bindings resulted from an infertile egg. At first, this egg appeared to be healthy like the others, however this morning, I noticed that it was indeed infertile. Thanks to all of those who gave me some real good hints on how to perhaps prevent this from happening again.


Yeah, Terry is a pretty smart cookie. I've known him for probably 20 years or so now...lost contact for a while, but caught up with him again recently. He is a true herpetologist...knows his stuff.
