Seems like a real possibility that erebennus, rubidus, and orizabensis are a single sub with regional "morph" variation as suggested by regalringneck...
I have sent an article that includes the scale counts of various subs to regal, Doug and Rob C...seems our buddy Dryguy could do some homework for us since he's the only one of us that has rubidus AND erebennus. so...put on your reading glasses and do some counts of your own and see if you find any differences there Carl...
