:As far as I know, the Rhinoviruses that affect humans do not affect other species of animals. Generally, most of these viruses are species specific. While there may be a few that can cross-infect closely related species (such as humans/chimps), there aren't any that could be passed from reptiles to humans.

:It is always a good idea to wash your hands after handling your reptiles (mostly to avoid Salmonellosis - a human disease caused by species of bacteria in the genus Salmonella), but you aren't going to infect your animals with your cold.
