Our's will eat more if the temp is on the warm side. Sounds like you're doing everything about right. I'd raise the temp, vary the food items you use from your list and you should probably take her to see a doctor to make sure she's healthy. Take along a fresh stool sample for a parisite exam. Some igs grows in starts and spurts. If your doctor states she's healthy, I wouldn't spend too much time worry about her slow growth rate.
