Yes, I checked with Joe (chats as Joerom) who is a member of our local society (which I plan on joining)and asked if the society did rescues. He said many of the members would be willing to take in animals, probably, but there was nothing organized within the society.

And Yes, I will have my husband post when I have the baby. I appreciate everyone supporting me as I count the days.
