Before I "inherited" Louie from my former roommate, we had gone to an army surplus store for other various stuff (not for actual military purposes)and he found the netting and thought it would be perfect for Lou's cage. She seems to like it and climbs up it occasionally when she's on the bottom level...just an accessory from a spur of the moment purchase.
