Check out those pages mentioned in earlier posts. If you are going to use a hot rock (I would not reccommend unless it is below 70 & you have no ceramic bulb for heat) but if you must, cover it with a towel or other cloth to prevent nasty burns. You need the reptile UV light, vitamins, & a few of the following (collard/mustard greens, escarole, watercress, sweet potato, green beans, squash) The collard or mustard are more vital than the rest, although a diversity is best. I'd give him a nice bath to clean him up & apply anibiotic ointment to the tail.
