But I feed them based on their age (both 6) and health status. Anything else is fed in small amounts 1-2xs a month (for example 1/2 banana each, flowers, Total cereal)

I vary it week to week...but one from each category:

60-70% hi calcium dark leafy greens....DANDELION!!! (roots, flowers, leaves)

20% veggies either diced cactus, grated butternut or spaghetti squash

20-30% fruits like PAPAYA! (mexican vs hawaiian type), fresh figs, prickly pear, oranges

then flood the salad with water!

I supplement with calcium carbonate and multivitamin about 1x a week right now.
