Now I have some explanation to do:

1)First of all...and i think I get Harry's Dad in my corner with this. I'm NOT a big spokesman for Iguanas as a pet, since most Iguanas ( 90 % in Sweden, at least ) die due to wrong diet and environment within the first 5 years. Also, most peopla that get Iguanas doesn't realize what they are in for.BUT, it doesnt matter what I think, people will still persist in getting them as pets and it would be stupid of me to give them a lectura as soon as they ask Q. Instead I want to be as supportive as I can to give the info they need to make their Iguanas life a little bit more tolerable.I've been working with these animals for allmost 20 years so i think I have somethings to share.

2)The cage size ( actually I have two with Iguanas )are both OVER 200 sqfeet and about 15 feet high. Rel humidity is over 70 % with GOOD ventilation.Temp varies between 25 - 35 degrees Celcius ( don't know F, sorry, but it is the temp it should be).The bottomlayer ( not included in the former messurements ) is about 5 feet thick and decomposing. I havn't changed any of it for 5 years and it's working fine! The bottom layer is made like this: 3 feet of Leca ( like light pebbles but really no pebbles, used in flowerarrangements to keep it drained ), over this there is a cloth (to prevent the Leca from coming up) and on top of this allmost two feet of woodchips ( now only on the top since the rest have decomposed into soil!! )ALOL biological material coming down in this is taken care of by bacterias, small animals aso.

3)The reason why I got in here with this announcement was to see if anybody knew if it has happened before ( in a temperate climatezone, indoors and with NOTHING done to help the eggs to develope). I'm just really happy that this has happened since it thrills me that the cage climate and construction give them the possibility to do it all without help!!!
